For almost two decades, I lived life the way I was taught success should look—work hard, stay busy, prove your worth.
Out of those twenty years, six were spent running my own business.
The rest? In roles that looked impressive on the outside but quietly ran me into the ground.
I was caught in the cycle of overdoing, over-giving, and people-pleasing—thinking the more I achieved, the safer I’d feel.
But instead of freedom, I found exhaustion.
The truth was, I wasn’t running my business—or my life—from alignment.
I was running it from survival.
When I decided to start again, I made myself a promise: this time, I’d do it differently.
No more pushing. No more proving.
I chose to listen to my energy instead of ignore it.
To let my work come from truth, not tension.
I took everything I learned from those years in corporate and hustle culture—the structure, the strategy, the drive and
I let it meet the softer parts of me that had been waiting to lead.
