    DAY OF SESSION

    Before our session the healing begins with a mindful conversation where we discuss what areas within yourself and your journey you are looking to receive support. From there we will work together to compose a thoughtful statement of intention before moving into the healing space.

    During our session while you relax you will be guided through gentle Somatics to relax and rest into a visual meditation. This visual meditation calms the outside noise and lets your mind, body and soul deeply relax. As the visualization ends, you will be fully immersed in the intuitive healing modalities of Holy Fire Reiki where I will intuitively guide energy to targeted areas. During this time I may also be divinely connected and receive downloads from your guides, ancestors, and departed loved ones. These messages usually give insight on what else may need support & healing.

    After our session, we will discuss the session and any messages that I may have received and discuss any other questions you may have. We will finalize the session with integration, affirmation and oracle cards to affirm your healing. Recording will be provided at a minimum of 24 hours after session is complete.

REIKI /ENERGY WORK

  • Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing modality that channels universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words—Rei, meaning "universal" or "spiritual wisdom," and Ki, meaning "life force energy." When our life force is flowing freely, we feel vibrant, balanced, and aligned. When it's low or stagnant, we may feel depleted, anxious, or unwell.

    Reiki can be received both in-person and remotely, and works beyond time and space, gently guiding the body back into a state of energetic harmony.

    While Reiki is the foundation of my energy work, I also weave in other intuitive healing modalities—such as guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and ancestral practices—to meet you exactly where you are. Think of it as energy alchemy: each session is uniquely channeled to help you release what no longer serves and realign with your truth.

    Whether you're seeking to restore, awaken, or simply remember who you are beneath the noise, energy work is a powerful portal back to your inner light.

  • The Treatment:

    You will lay down on a padded massage table, fully clothed; blankets, sheets, pillows, bolsters and an eye mask are all available for your comfort and relaxation. Soft, gentle music will be played in the background. We may utilize Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, Isochronic tones, Schumann resonance, Chakra frequencies, and instruments including: singing bowls tuned to the chakras, gongs, hand drum, and Koshi chimes.

    I will transfer Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) through my hands and into your body and aura. You may experience sensations of warmth, coolness, tingling, swirling, ease, comfort, deep relaxation, answers may come to you for questions you’ve been pondering, emotional release, and you may experience an overall sense of well-being as Reiki soothes away cares and brings your nervous system into the parasympathetic state of rest and digest where true healing occurs.

    Additionally, I may utilize essential oils, discussion, positive affirmations, cord removal, psychic surgery, past life regression, and more. All will be discussed and will only be utilized with your consent.

  • Clients often report feeling open, free, calm, relaxed, strong, aware, connected, grounded, pain relief: physically and emotionally, and ready to face life’s challenges. Many answers may have come to you during your session, and you may feel a resurgence of vitality and a strong remembrance of health. You may feel taller and more physically aligned as well as grounded, safe, protected. You may actually experience the release and removal of energy blocks.

    Results:

    Holistic well-being, stress reduction, improved sleep, pain reduction, proper appetite, decreased panic attacks, a sense of oneness with all.

    Reduced: anxiety, depression, tension, cortisol levels, muscle aches, headaches, bodily aches and pain, sadness, longing, searching, felling of being disconnected and/or alone.

    Increased: motivation, vitality, positivity, courage, strength, well-being, digestion, elimination, clarity, focus, memory, self-love, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, ability to manifest quickly, living their life’s purpose.

  • An Oracle Reading is a sacred and intuitive experience where I use oracle cards as a divine mirror to reflect the energies, messages, and guidance your soul is ready to receive. It’s less about predicting the future and more about unlocking clarity, truth, and insight for your present path.

  • While both are tools for intuitive guidance, Oracle cards are more fluid and less structured than Tarot. They allow for more expansive, channeled messages and can vary in theme—from angels to ancestors, archetypes to affirmations. I use them as an anchor for divine messages channeled specifically for you.

  • Not at all. You just need an open heart and a willingness to receive. These readings are grounded in love, energy, and intuitive connection—not dogma. You are always in charge of your path—this is simply a sacred tool to help light the way.

  • Anything your soul is curious about—life transitions, love, purpose, energetic blocks, spiritual messages, or clarity on your next aligned step. These sessions are here to support your expansion, healing, and inner knowing.

DIVINE CHANNELING

  • Divine channeling is the sacred act of receiving and transmitting messages from higher realms—whether that be Spirit, angels, your guides, ancestors, Source, or your Higher Self.
    I act as a clear vessel to deliver guidance, clarity, and healing frequencies meant just for you in this moment.

  • While oracle cards or energy healing may support the session, divine channeling is direct, spoken communication from the unseen realms. It doesn’t rely on tools—it’s intuitive, raw, and channeled in real-time based on your energy and intention.

  • Messages can range from soul guidance, energetic insights, and affirmations to specific clarity around life path, relationships, purpose, or healing. Sometimes, loved ones in spirit or ancestors step forward, but the messages always come through with love, alignment, and what your soul is ready to receive.

    You may not always hear what you want, but you will absolutely hear what you need.

  • You're encouraged to come with a question or intention—this helps open the channel and invite in the most aligned guidance. That said, it's completely okay if you're unsure where to begin. I start with a few intuitive questions to connect with your energy, and from there, the divine guidance flows. I tap into my strongest clairs—clairaudience (divine hearing) and claircognizance (divine knowing)—to receive and relay what your soul is ready to hear.
