INTUITIVE ENERGETIC HEALING SESSION

  • In my healing practice, I combine Holy Fire/Usuai Reiki, a gentle Japanese energy healing technique, with somatic practices, intuitive wisdom, and ancestral healing to support individuals on their healing journeys.

    Alongside energy healing, I create a space for profound transformation through a multi dimensional approach blending guided visual meditation, affirmations, soothing sounds, crystals and aroma therapy to foster relaxation and peace.

    Also, drawing upon divine connections during our session, I may receive messages and downloads, adding a sacred and comforting dimension to the experience.

    This gentle practice seeks to restore harmony, dissolving energy blockages and releasing negativity, nurturing the complete person—body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

    Distance Reiki: This session is done via zoom in the comfort of your own home. Energy doesn’t know time or space.

    PRIOR TO OUR SESSION
    An intake form will be sent and must be completed before our session so I can better understand your needs.

    DAY OF SESSION
    Before our session     the healing begins with a mindful conversation where we discuss what areas within yourself and your journey you are looking to receive support. From there we will work together to compose a thoughtful statement of intention before moving into the healing space.

    During our session while you relax with aromatherapy, you will be guided through gentle Somatics to relax and rest into a visual meditation. This visual meditation calms the outside noise and lets your mind, body and soul deeply relax. As the visualization ends, you will be fully immersed in the intuitive healing modalities of Holy Fire Reiki where I will intuitively guide energy to targeted areas with a light touch. During this time I may also be divinely connected and receive downloads from your guides, ancestors, and departed loved ones. These messages usually give insight on what else may need support & healing.

    After our session, we will discuss the session and any messages that I may have received and discuss any other questions you may have. We will finalize the session with affirmation or oracle cards to affirm your healing.

    Using Palo Santo and herbs I work on clearing any stagnant energies and together I support your integration with your home, office or space by providing a ceremonial ritual through offerings, prayers and intention settings.
