NEW MOON IN GEMINI
Make it stand out
The New Moon in Gemini arrives with an invitation:
Listen.
Not just to the conversations around you.
Not just to the endless stream of information, opinions, podcasts, books, social media posts, and advice.
But to yourself.
Gemini is often associated with communication, learning, curiosity, and the mind. It encourages us to ask questions, gather information, and explore new perspectives.
But there comes a point when gathering more information stops creating clarity.
And starts creating noise.
Many of us have become incredibly skilled at researching, analyzing, and looking outside ourselves for answers.
Yet how often do we pause long enough to hear what we already know?
Yesterday, I shared a video that said:
"The best way to honor my mother's voice is by giving her daughter one." When my mother passed, I realized something I hadn't fully understood before.
She gave me the gift of expression. She encouraged me to be seen, to speak, to take up space.
Yet I also witnessed how much of herself she filtered, softened, and held back. How many parts of her remained unspoken. And if I'm honest, I've spent parts of my own life doing the same.
Not because I didn't know who I was, but because trusting our voice and trusting ourselves are often the same thing. We can know something deeply.
Feel it in our bones. Hear it in the quiet places within us.
And still hesitate to speak it. Still question it. Still look outside ourselves for permission.
This is the question I've been sitting with lately.
Not "What is the right answer?"
But: Can I hear my own voice beneath all the others?
Because intuition rarely arrives as the loudest voice in the room.
More often, it arrives as a whisper, a feeling, a subtle nudge or a quiet knowing that doesn't always make logical sense.
And while Gemini is associated with the mind, the body has its own language.
The tightening when something isn't aligned.
The expansion when something is.
The unexpected wave of emotion.
The breath that deepens when truth is spoken.
The body is constantly communicating.
The question is whether we're listening.
This New Moon, instead of seeking another answer, another sign, or another opinion, I invite you to become curious about your own inner wisdom.
What have you been hearing that you've been trying to talk yourself out of?
What truth keeps returning no matter how many times you ignore it?
What if the clarity you're seeking isn't something you need to find?
What if it's something you need to trust?
This is the heart of Body Wisdom. Not learning how to become intuitive.
Learning how to listen.
Learning how to trust.
Learning how to come back into relationship with yourself. As we move toward the opening of Body Wisdom: Trust, I keep returning to the same realization:
The deepest transformation isn't learning something new.
It's remembering what you've known all along.
P.S. If you're ready to deepen your relationship with self-trust, intuition, and the wisdom already living within you, Body Wisdom begins July 15. Join us before June 30 and receive $100 off enrollment.
