  • The Nectar Within retreat is a 3 day transformative experiences, including guided embodiment somatic movement, deep reflection exercises, nature walks, a Reiki and sound healing ceremony, nourishing organic meals, and ample time for connection and integration. It includes all meals, lodging, transportation, guided experiences. Additional offerings such as Reiki sessions with Jessica.

  • This retreat is designed for all levels. Whether you are new to embodiment practices or have been on a spiritual journey for years, the retreat provides tools and space for personal growth and transformation. Our focus is on creating a welcoming environment where everyone can learn, explore, and deepen their practice at their own pace.

  • No prior experience is necessary! The retreat is designed to guide you through embodiment practices and manifestation techniques, regardless of your background. It’s an opportunity to explore these concepts, deepen your connection to yourself, and manifest your desires in a supportive environment.

  • Yes, the retreat includes somatic movement and embodiment practices to help you connect with your body and release stuck energy. These practices are gentle and designed for all bodies, so you do not need to be an athlete or dancer to participate.

  • We recommending bringing a journal for reflection, any personal items that support your spiritual practice (such as crystals or sacred objects), and an open heart! We also suggest bringing a water bottle and layers for outdoor activities.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for movement~ we are asking all women to wear shades of orange, red, burgundy and browns to call in the sweet nectar within. An itinerary before the retreat will be sent with suggested color palette.

  • This retreat is exclusively for women, including cisgender women and trans women. It is designed to create a safe, supportive space for women of all identities to connect, heal, and manifest their desires together in sacred sisterhood. We welcome all those who identify as women to join us in this transformative experience.

  • This retreat is exclusively for women, but we encourage you to share this opportunity with women who resonate with the retreat’s themes and would benefit from the experience.

  • We welcome women of all backgrounds and experiences. If you are pregnant or have physical limitations, please contact us ahead of time so we can ensure that the retreat will be suitable and comfortable for you. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

  • Yes! About a month before the retreat, we’ll create a group chat so everyone can introduce themselves. We will also host an optional video call two weeks before the retreat to connect and get excited. After the retreat, there’s an integration call 2-3 weeks later to reflect and stay connected. 

  • Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with nourishing organic meals that support your health and well-being.

  • In case of inclement weather, we have alternative indoor activities planned, so you can still fully enjoy the retreat and experience the transformation you seek. Your comfort and safety are our priority.

  • Once you register, we will coordinate roundtrip transportation for those attending from NY & NJ.

  • This retreat is intentionally small and intimate with a limit to 20 women, so we can offer personalized support and connection.

  • Payment plans are available either for pay in full or a 2 or 3 month installment. All payment plans must be complete one week before the retreat by 05.23.25

  • This retreat is non-refundable please consider this before purchasing. Your retreat can be transferred up to 3 days before the event to someone else. Please keep in mind they will need to complete an application process. After this time, all tickets, including deposits and balances, are final and non-transferable.

    This policy is in place to maintain the quality and sustainability of our retreats, as many expenses—such as securing locations, accommodations, and services—are paid in advance.

    By applying, you agree to these terms as part of the registration process.

  • Reiki sessions with Jessica are available for an additional fee of $188 only for guests doing the Friday night stay, with limited spots. You can reserve your session after you book your retreat ticket or contact us directly to inquire about availability.

  • Amazing! At this moment, our priority is to fill the remaining spots. Should you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Approximately 3-4 weeks before the retreat, you will receive a beautifully curated welcome packet with all the essential details and next steps, along with an invitation to join a group chat, where you can begin connecting.

STAY FAQs

  • The dates are for a 3 day2/night stay starting on Friday, May 30 - Sun, Jun 1. Check-in is between 1pm - 2pm and checkout is after the retreat is done.

  • Retreat guests can either pay in full or opt for a payment plan. The first installment serves as your deposit to reserve your spot for the retreat. Monthly installments will be charged on the same date of the paid deposit each month. Payment Plans have to be completed by 09.12.25

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - 50% cancellation fee until 03.31.25, then nonrefundable. After this time, all tickets, including deposits and balances, are final and non-transferable. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and sustainability of our retreats, as many expenses—are paid in advance. By applying, you agree to these terms as part of the registration process.

  • The retreat pricing does not include your flight but does include ground transportation.

  • Yes, all food is included in the retreat pricing because everyone deserves to feel pampered and nourished in this way.
