Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing modality that channels universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words—Rei, meaning "universal" or "spiritual wisdom," and Ki, meaning "life force energy." When our life force is flowing freely, we feel vibrant, balanced, and aligned. When it's low or stagnant, we may feel depleted, anxious, or unwell.

Reiki can be received both in-person and remotely, and works beyond time and space, gently guiding the body back into a state of energetic harmony.

While Reiki is the foundation of my energy work, I also weave in other intuitive healing modalities—such as guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and ancestral practices—to meet you exactly where you are. Think of it as energy alchemy: each session is uniquely channeled to help you release what no longer serves and realign with your truth.

Whether you're seeking to restore, awaken, or simply remember who you are beneath the noise, energy work is a powerful portal back to your inner light.

The Treatment:

You will lay down on a padded massage table, fully clothed; blankets, sheets, pillows, bolsters and an eye mask are all available for your comfort and relaxation. Soft, gentle music will be played in the background. We may utilize Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, Isochronic tones, Schumann resonance, Chakra frequencies, and instruments including: singing bowls tuned to the chakras, gongs, hand drum, and Koshi chimes.

I will transfer Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) through my hands and into your body and aura. You may experience sensations of warmth, coolness, tingling, swirling, ease, comfort, deep relaxation, answers may come to you for questions you’ve been pondering, emotional release, and you may experience an overall sense of well-being as Reiki soothes away cares and brings your nervous system into the parasympathetic state of rest and digest where true healing occurs.

Additionally, I may utilize essential oils, discussion, positive affirmations, cord removal, psychic surgery, past life regression, and more. All will be discussed and will only be utilized with your consent.

Clients often report feeling open, free, calm, relaxed, strong, aware, connected, grounded, pain relief: physically and emotionally, and ready to face life’s challenges. Many answers may have come to you during your session, and you may feel a resurgence of vitality and a strong remembrance of health. You may feel taller and more physically aligned as well as grounded, safe, protected. You may actually experience the release and removal of energy blocks.
